You are encouraged to select one of the pre-approved outside caterers below. If you prefer to work with a caterer that is not on the list Hotel del will share more info on the outside caterer approval process.
Some Outside Caterer Approval Requirements:
Outside Caterers must be fully self-contained throughout the event and setup a tented satellite kitchen.
Outside Caterers are not allowed to use Hotel del's kitchen nor equipment.
Outside Caterers must have a valid $1,000,000 liability insurance policy with insured primary endorsement.
Outside Caterers must provide all chafing dishes, sternos, serving utensils and display trays.

We recognize that Sikh weddings are traditionally held in a Gurdwara. If you plan to have a Sikh wedding at Hotel del, the staff will happily work with you to set up the ceremony per your needs.
The closest Gurdwara to Hotel del is the Sikh Foundation Gurdwara San Diego, about 25.5 miles north of the resort.
Baraat:
Hotel del welcomes horse baraat celebrations. Sorry, no elephant nor car baraats.
Hotel del's staff will work with you to move your event to an appropriate space indoors. If your ceremony requires a flame, please note that in case of inclement weather, the ceremony flame will not be allowed indoors. Please request a quote for more information.
