Cocktail hour: Bishop Ranch Patio
Reception: Bishop Ranch Ballroom

Banquet Tables

The San Ramon Marriott is happy to offer rectangular long tables which are particularly popular for seating family as well as the wedding party. For general guest seating the San Ramon Marriott is happy to offer round tables that seat 8-10-12 guests each, for an elegantly styled ballroom where every guest can enjoy the reception program.

Guests per Table

Select from round tables that seat anywhere from 8-10-12 guests per table.

ProTip: 12 guests per table starts to get a feel a bit cramped, thus it is generally not recommended unless necessary.
ProTip: chiavari chairs are narrower and therefore occupy less space than the standard banquet chairs that are included in the hotel's package.

Bar Set Up

During Cocktail Hour:

During cocktail hour the bars are set up in the Ballroom Foyer. If there is enough space, they are brought inside the ballroom during the reception.

During Reception:

During the reception, the bars are usually setup inside the ballroom, unless there isn't enough space in which case they will remain in the Ballroom Foyer. In general, it's recommended for bars to be setup inside the ballroom for the duration of the reception.

ProTip: at most Indian wedding receptions the bars remain closed during the program and reopen when dinner service starts.
