The California Ballroom and the Pacific Ballroom are both on the 2nd floor of the hotel. They each have a foyer for your cocktail hour prior to the reception. The Sunset Deck and the Linai Deck are on the 5th floor of the Hilton Anaheim. The Avalon Balroom on the 1st floor of the Hilton, is perfect for smaller gaherings such as a haldi ceremony or a pooja.

Numbers represent the maxium number of guests that can be seated with space taken into account for a mandap, tables and chairs, stage, DJ booth, and dance floor. The ballrooms can be separated into smaller sections to accommodate your needs. Similarly the outdoor decks can be setup for your event. 

You could easily have your haldi ceremony + pooja/prayer on Friday during the day, followed by your sangeet or garba on Friday night, an outdoor ceremony in gorgeous Orange County on Saturday morning or afternoon, followed by an outdoor lunch on the deck. And last but not least the cocktail hour and the reception. The best part? The whole wedding weekend is at one centrally located, beautiful hotel, which is very convenient for you and your guests. Yet, each of your wedding events could be held in a totally unique location - no repeating spaces.

Round tables come in two sizes and seat up to 10 or 12 guests each. 

Bar Set Up

During Cocktail Hour:

During cocktail hour the bars will be setup in the foyer of the reception ballroom. 

During Reception:

During the reception, the bars are usually setup inside the ballroom. Some couples opt to have the bars setup in the foyer during the reception. Keep in mind this setup tends to fragment the recepttion as many guests gather near the bars. 

The Hilton Anaheim provides all alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages, the bars, and the service staff. The number of bars correlates to your guest count - typically 1 bar for every 100 guests.

The Hilton Anaheim's reception packages include complimentary event self parking for guests. Overnight parking and valet are available for a fee.

Gazebo Spaces

The venues at this property do not have a gazebo or structure to use for a mandap or arch. The hotel will set up a stage and your decorator will provide the mandap and stage decor. Visit our Non-Gazebo Mandap Pinterest board for inspiration.

Outside Catering

Outside caterers are welcome. The caterer must provide a copy of their business license and proof of liability insurance at least 30 days prior to the event. Caterers who have never worked at the Hilton Anaheim may be subject to additional requirements. 

Kitchen Access

Outside caterers are invited to setup a satellite kitchen as they will not have access to the hotel's kitchen. 

Alcohol Options

Bars can be organized based on:
a. consumption, or
b. flat fee per person packages

Anand Karaj:

ShaadiShop recognizes that an Anand Karaj ceremony is traditionally performed in a Gurdwara. However if your guest count is larger than the space capacity at the local Gurdwara then the Hilton Anaheim would be happy to work with you to setup the ceremony per your needs.
